Caseboard is for lawful discussion and role-play style investigation. Content must not promote illegal acts, violence, harassment, hate, or non-consensual sharing of private information.

You are responsible for what you post. You grant the site a license to host and display your public cases and comments so the service can operate.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law, without prior notice in serious cases.

The site is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for user-generated theories or comments.

You must be old enough to consent to online services in your country (typically 13+ or 16+). Parents should supervise younger users.

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page.
